KR Patch Versioning Correction (95.4.KR - Oracle Elder)

I totally forgot about the Oracle Elder patch. I’ve updated the version numbering accordingly and will update this post with an extremely brief summary of the Oracle Elder patch for completeness. Sorry!

Oracle Elder

Added Oracle Elder to the game.

You can read the skills and other info in my previous datamining post.

Revived Guardian Nest

Added revived Guardian Nest. Drops the usual nest items and legendary enhancement stones.

Changes and Additions

Difficulty

Slayer Test Site

HP reduced 50%, attack reduced 30%.

Volcano Nest (Normal)

Reduced HP in normal mode by 50%

Entry Passes

Added normal (?) nest difficulty additional entry passes.

Item Drops

Nest points added to normal mode, epic hardened hammer drop. Reduced number of enhancement stone drops.

Nest Required Fatigue

Corrected to 350

Enhancing

Epic items do not consume enhancing stones below +10

Enhancement Hammer Expansion

Enhancement hammer changes postponed to September. Sorry!

Legendary Weapon Converter

Added the ability for Calypso weapons to be converted. Can only convert between weapons of the same type.

Material Shop Prices

Adjusted prices for dragon gem cores and talisman essence. Gold cost basically doubled from 1.51g to 2.565g

Mercenary Exploration

Added rare, epic, and unique keys that can open Exploration Boxes. You must now use 1 corresponding grade key instead of 5/10/30 rare keys.

Key drop sources have been updated accordingly. You can exchange keys at the shop

Crystal Points

Added Crystal Points and the Crystal Point store. You can get points via daily missions or cash shop (?). Crystal point store is at Trader Pania. The shop consists of various game items that can be changed at any time.

Example contains enhancement stones, gem materials, talisman materials, and an accessory box.

Mission Completion Rewards

Mercenary key rewards updated as per key changes above. Crystal Points added to some quests.

Other

Mentor FTG

FTG consumption was inconsistent depending on the dungeon and has been fixed. Also has been fixed to only consume it once every time you enter a stage (dailies count each stage as once).

Sharpshooter

Swift Shot

  • Damage has been increased from 391% to 587%.

Guided Missiles

  • Damage increased from 188% to 469%.

Hawk Ballista

  • Damage increased from 10675% to 17071%.

Warden

Swift Shot EX

  • The window in which you can use the additional attack was increased.
  • Developer’s Comment: We improved this part because the window was too short. In PVP, it was changed because it was doing more damage than intended with Extension Core.

Rapid Shot EX

  • Increased damage for Rapid Shot by 70%.

Fatal Guided Missiles

  • Damage increased from 150% to 250% of Guided Missiles. In PVP, 100% to 200%.
  • Developer’s Comment: Even though Fatal Guided Missiles also uses Fatal Guide, its damage was bad compared to Cannonade. We have changed the roles so that Cannonade is good on faraway targets, and Fatal Guided Missiles on single targets.

Detonating Arrow

  • Damage increased from 1409% to 2817%.

Cyclone Harpoon

  • You can now throw it in the direction of the crosshair, which also applies in the air.
  • Developer’s Comment: We improved this skill’s utility. In PVP, its CD was too long, so we changed its CD to be similar to that of Swift Shot.

[Awakened Passive] Swift Shot

  • Cyclone Harpoon’s damage was increased from 1517% to 2276%. In PVP, 228% to 346%.

[Awakened Passive] Magic Arrow

  • Fixed a bug in which your FD displayed incorrectly after acquisition.

Developer’s Comment

  • We increased Warden’s overall attack power in PVE because her main skills did less damage compared to other classes. We didn’t increase it for PVP because it’s fine there.

Generation Field

  • We have changed the 10% increase in damage of main skills to a 30% increase in damage of Dynamic Laser and Enhanced Atomic Blade.
  • Developer’s Comment: Two of the the skills that were strengthened in the field had the same damage as their original forms, so we have improved this area to make a difference.

Singularity

  • Normal Attack allows you to fire another plasma bomb.
  • Plasma bombs now leave only one sphere. The sustained damage is removed.
  • Sphere duration has been increased to 60s.
  • If you use Singularity again, the remaining spheres will disappear.
  • You can fire in the direction of the crosshair.
  • Developer’s Comment: We decided to improve the existing method because it was bad. Because this is the main way to create a [Generation Field], it now allows you to control the direction, and lets you stay long enough to create a field with the right timing. It seems to synergize with the changed [Generation Field].

Assassin

Raven

[Awakening Passive] Chain Combination

  • Chain Star effect removed.
  • Developer’s Comment: We have removed this because its combination of a sword and chain skill results in a poor gameplay experience.

Crow Storm

  • Steal consumption changed from 10 to 1.
  • Fan of Blades and Chain Combination can be activated with Jump.
  • When using this skill, you push enemies away from you, and there is a 0.5s i-frame at the end.
  • Improved to make it easier to use by right-clicking after Fan of Blades.
  • Damage decreased from 17618% to 3604% (PVP: 625% to 225%).
  • Developer’s Comment: Since there are two awakening actives that require Steal, we have lowered the consumption to ensure that both of them are used.

Guillotine Cross

  • Steal consumption changed from 7 to 5.
  • Chain Sickle is removed, and Huge Chain Sickle strikes down to damage enemies in front of you.
  • There is a delay at the end of the skill, the duration of which hasn’t changed.
  • Damage increased from 12018% to 14401% (PVP 325% to 686%).
  • Developer’s Comment: Guillotine Cross has been changed to be more active and powerful.

Swift Shot EX

  • Lv93/95 nest “Expected Compensation Gold” changed to “Clear Gold Reward”
  • Fixed issue where the hardcore timer in Rune Dragon HC kept running while in cutscenes
  • Fixed issue in Slayer mode where your UI would disappear after you cleared
  • Fixed issue in Slayer mode where “Turn off party memeber effect” tip showed whenever you selected another difficulty
